Can I cancel or modify my order?

The Micronzone.com online store sells general shipping and digital shipping products.

For general shipping, orders are only available in the Republic of Korea at the moment. Digital shipping products can be ordered worldwide.

Backorder/Pre-order:

You will be informed of your arrival date and you may receive it sooner.

Digital products are globally available globally, regardless of where they are purchased, but in some cases you can choose the country you want to use in your purchase options.

Even if the product is not in the Micronzone.com store, you can try to contact us through the Contact Us if you want to make a purchase.

What are backorders/pre-orders?

We offer you the opportunity to book products scheduled to be released in the future or in stock in advance for your convenience.

When ordering a reservation item, you will be registered on the waiting list and will be informed of the scheduled delivery date. For digital shipments, if you pre-order, you will receive the exact delivery date.

In the case of pre-order, you can cancel / change through inquiry.


How do I know if it's the right spec for me?

What is the priority waiting list?

We offer you the opportunity to book products scheduled to be released in the future or in stock in advance for your convenience.

You can get it first by placing your order on the waiting list in the order of your order. Please note that we will try our best to provide you with the expected delivery date, but you may arrive earlier or later than expected.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Micronzone accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

When will my credit card be charged?

Once all payments have been completed successfully and an invoice has been issued, you will be billed to the customer's credit card billing date.

Backorder/pre-order is the same as normal billing.


Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.


Will I be charged sales tax?

Micronzone imposes a tax on online transactions. You will be notified on the screen when you make a payment.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

The products on the site are subject to availability. When you select a purchase option, a message is displayed indicating whether the item is currently available or available for a backorder order.

Delivery options for currently available items do not reflect processing times of 1-2 business days. All regular ship orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Digital shipping orders are processed 24/7.

Current general shipping products are available for South Korea. International shipping is not available.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.


What addresses are restricted in the KR for Delivery?

If payee signature is available, you can ship to your mailbox.


Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all Micronzone online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders will be delivered by post.

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.


RETURNS


What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Products sold by Micronzone can be returned within 14 days.

If you have a problem with a digital delivery product, you can refund any amount. Please contact us.

All processing of the return will be received by e-mail.

Please feel free to contact us at any time. Departments for returns are available 24/7.


How do I return an item?

For general shipments, you can sign and return the enclosed receipt sign in the box if it was opened. You must use a post office courier service.

For digital delivery products, you can receive a return shipment through our contact center.


How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

For credit cards, it usually takes 4-7 days after you receive an email with a return processed.


Are delivery charges refundable?

Refunds for shipping returned by mistake by Micronzone will not be refunded for shipping charges incurred by the customer's remorse.


Can I return an item that I bought online to a Micronzone Store?

At present Micronzone can only be returned online.


How do you exchange an item with micronzone.com?

Micronzone.com cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund using the return instructions provided in your shipment and a new purchase can then be placed on Micronzone.com. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability.

Merchandise returned to Micronzone.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

You can not return products from other people to micronzone.com.


Can I return a personalized item?

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

Micronzone.com gift orders include gift wrapping with a signature Micronzone gift box tied with a Micronzone satin ribbon.


Can I order corporate gifts on the website?

What are counterfeits?

In the case of regular delivery products, it includes a label and receipt proving that it is genuine for all products. If there is no label or receipt, it is a gift.

For digital delivery products, all products are genuine and not available. Customers can use it immediately to check for badness.


How can I identify a fake Micronzone website?
